Also, if you discover a coupon when on site and clip in the app, it NEVER takes at the register. Then you have to wait for a manager to give you the discount. Awful. Market Basket is worth every mile of extra driving.

And didn’t complete my order. After complaining and getting multiple refunds, come to find out this girl will not be reprimanded or fired because of their DEI policies. They have treated me like garbage and they take advantage of people because they’re the only store in driving distance for most people in this area. Incompetent people working here.

The store feels dated and dirty. It’s almost impossible to maneuver with a cart because there are so many boxes of product cluttering every aisle. They are chronically understaffed and the employees all seem miserable and look at you like you’re crazy if you dare ask for help with anything. Occasionally I will get an onion that’s not rotten or a bag of lemons that doesn’t contain mold. Meat selection is horrendous. They jack up the price of tiny packages of Perdue chicken to sell their own brand chicken which is honestly so chewy and disgusting. They don’t sell any Angus beef. This store puts me in a bad mood every time I go. Hoping the rumors are true about a Market Basket coming to town.
