  Very rude and incompetent at this location! I hope management addresses this! I was traveling a long way and stopped around 7pm here to grab a bite to eat and was immediately disrespected by the rude and incompetent brunette woman with glasses who claimed they were the manager. I asked for my food to be on a tray as I was eating there and not to go and they did not listen. I then asked for a tray again and the brunette lady with glasses kpet repeated “what” after I asked over three or four times at least and I eventually got frustrated and said “why are you making this difficult for me all I’m asking for is a tray” I said this in an angry tone after four or more times of repeating myself when the lady was right by the counter only a few feet away from me there were no other people by the counter and everything was quietly. I believe this lady was pretending not to hear me to cause an issue as i was speaking loudly enough and she was right there and just kept repeating “what” over and over. After I asked why she was making this difficult for me she then immediately replied with “if you’re going to have an attitude I’m going to ask you to leave” so I know she heard me! I then just asked one more time for a tray and she smiled in a condescending way and slammed the tray onto the counter. I grabbed it ate my food then just left I won’t be returning here due to the way I was treated. I am trying to contact the lead management of this location to address this with them as well!

  I called to ask if they saw a coat I lost there and see said,” really wanna do this?” and she threatened me and it was overall a horrible experience! I really hope this place ends up gettinh shut down.

  The food quality is almost always horrible and I’m someone who goes here often and probably won’t be going as often after writing this review. Food quality issues: Fries at nighttime are almost cold or hard or the combination of the two I got a sprite here recently and it didn’t even taste close to sprite.. it tasted like mostly carbonated water.. A lot of their frozen drink products aren’t as cold as they should be. I have gone to multiple other McDonalds locations with better quality drinks. Apple pies and alike are almost never more than like 90F during the night hours Their drivethrough screens have been damaged for a year or so now which is kinda whatever but might be important for ordering Oh did I mention the McDonald’s at this location is next to the entire towns human waste management and treatment facility? Yeah….. it smells like poop in the drivethrough… very bad location to put a McDonald’s and needs to be moved. The staff are kind and I have a sneaking suspicion that the food quality is not necessarily their fault but their managers incompetence.

  Lady with the long grey hair is extremely rude. No one stationed at the first window so after waiting for a minute we pull to the second window. Grey haired old lady opens the window and just creepily stares at us and says “first window”. Oh, my bad, hard to tell when there’s no employees there?
