Requested a refund over a month ago due to the app sending my order to a store an hour away. Called before sandwich my order was even started. Called back Manny times through out the last few weeks to be told I feel through the cracks. It's still been weeks and no refund. No food, lost multiple dollars in rewards and no refund.

This place sucks ordered online for delivery waited an hour no food called store got hung up on called again was told they don’t do delivery call door dash which I did after talking with door dash they request subway cancel order and issue refund which they agreed to I called to make sure order was cancelled said I would get a refund in 7-10 days still waiting been weeks called store keep asking for manager and I never get a call back total waste of almost $50. And rude service!

Food was ok, service is pathetic, staff is rude and atmosphere is very dirty. Tables were left uncleaned, for and paper napkins laying on the floor. Staff is very arrogant - we ordered a meal, fountain was not working so the lady asked me to take a can from fridge (this is understandable and I was ok with it) I asked for a cup since my kid wasn't able to drink from the can and the last rudely (almost snatching the cup from my hand) told I can't take the cup and I'll have to pay for it. If fountain is not working that is not customers fault and staff should tell upfront that customers can take a soda from fridge but cups would be charged !!!!
