  Great dunkin experience; best dunkin egg and cheese ive had in a long time, nice and hot and cheese was melty. Staff friendly

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. After placing my order, the staff member did not give me the receipt and instead threw it away. When I tried multiple times to speak with her to clarify my order, she ignored me completely and continued taking other customers’ orders, pretending not to hear me. Without a receipt, I had no order number and no way to know which coffee or food bag was mine. I stood there confused and waiting while my order sat among others. Only after multiple attempts to get someone’s attention was I finally given my order. This was unnecessary, disrespectful, and extremely poor customer service. A simple receipt and basic acknowledgment would have avoided the entire issue. I expect much better professionalism from a Dunkin’ location. Date 12/27 - 5:30 PM
