We ordered ahead 25-30 minutes, arrived after the website said it would be ready and the order still wasn’t complete when we got there. My husband jumped in line and had them do it that way. This happened the last two summers too and we always say we’re never going back. Until we forget and go back again to experience the same thing 😂
