  This was my second visit to this location in the last month. They did a great job with the updates to the place. It's just too bad they couldn't get new staff in there. They had 6 employees who couldn't get their act together and were arguing about orders. Many people waiting for orders probably a dozen on the computer. Noone at the register taking new orders because they were lost. Will not go there again will take the longer route to union Avenue in laconia or drive to the one in belmont

  The morning crew has no idea what they are doing, waited 15min past my doordash pickup. I tried to get some help and was met with nasty attitudes. I would stay away from this store at all cost. There are better DD down the road with much nicer employees.

  This location is horrible! They never put enough cream cheese, so I always ask for extra. Guy was super rude today, told me to do it myself. I gave it back to him asking him to do his job… (will be going back later for refund) PS. They also don’t glaze & frost the double chocolate donuts right. 👎🏼👎🏼 Manager needs to do their job & correct petty workers.

  Horrible attitudes almost everytime, especially when they have to fix their own mess ups. Go down the street for better service, better food.
