  Went to Wendy's in Keene NH the other day, to get the fish sandwich before it was gone after Easter. It was the worst fish sandwich I have ever had, ever! It wasn't fresh cooked, it tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a long time, it was gross tasting. Then a simple thing like French fries, those were not fresh either, tasted like cardboard .

  Well, it's not hard to get five stars across the board when you're next to the Keen McDonald's. That said, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food is quite good. Maybe the guys who were on McDonald's could take some notes from the people who own this operation

  They have 10 people back there working it takes a half hour to get a cheeseburger and a order of fries lol

  Stopped here during a long road trip so we could get a water. We were specifically told that it won’t cost anything at the ordering kiosk. Once up to the window, we were being told that we can’t be given the water without purchasing an item with it or we could buy a bottle of water. 100% bad service. Being told something is free then immediately trying to charge us with the excuse that the person taking our order was “new”. The workers here are a joke. It’s tap water for god sakes.

  Just ordered a Medium Mello Yellow at Drive Thru. I took a sip, and immediately realized it tasted musty or moldy, like a wet basement. I smelled it, and it smelled like a musty wet basement, too. Let my husband taste it, thinking I was wrong, but he said the same. Dumped it out the window, and I hope we don't get sick! Clean your drive thru ice maker and hoses! Absolutely disgusting!
