  Red was great this morning! Appeared to be holding down the fort by himself yet was super cheerful and helpful. The place was dead quiet on an early saturday. As always my smoothie was perfect even with requesting alterations to the normal recipe and can never go wrong with a quesadilla, even for breakfast. Thankful to have a healthier fast food option available in Keene.

  Clean smells good very nice. Comfortable welcoming very Good vibes. I think being a tropical smoothie shop should have more tropical reggae music, peaceful wave crashing, noise, ocean sounds or nice beach music, friendly environment. Good vibes. I enjoy the food staff is very nice

  try this place out!! whether you’re reading reviews to decide on trying out a new place, a new location of a chain you love at home, or just picky (like me); i give you my word that this place rocks! smooth smoothies, thick wraps, friendly staff! if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet the GM kaylyn! she and her crew are dope, and i’m confident you’ll think so too. :)

  This was my first tropical café smoothie experience and it did not disappoint. The food was so good and the service was excellent. We had Red& He went above and beyond bringing us our food & Making it perfect ! He also helped us work thru the menu ! Awesome employee ! Will deff be coming back !! We love Tristin aka RED!!!

  I have to put this out there! It’s wild how people will make up things about an individual just because they don’t agree with them. Or better yet because you’re miserable with your own life.. while someone can do that, it doesn’t make things true. Trying to mislead others based on personal opinion is wrong, plain and simple. A lot of the time, when someone is unhappy with themselves or their life, they project that onto others and honestly, it shows. That said, I’ve seen some of the reviews about this manager, and some of them are just flat-out inaccurate and comes across as defamation. So I want to take a moment to give KAYLYN the recognition she actually deserves. Not some person who thinks they’re tje manager. Is Kaylyn perfect? No! But who is? What she is, though, is an incredible manager. Every time I come into Tropical Smoothie (which is often) she’s personable, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She’s always smiling, hands-on, and consistently going the extra mile with myself and others that I’ve first hand witnessed almost every visit. That kind of energy and presence is rare, especially in customer service today. She connects with people, asks about their day, makes delicious menu suggestions, and clearly cares about both her team and her customers. You can tell she is generally genuine. Not just someone who pretends to like their job. We need more people like Kaylyn in leadership roles. She’s does an amazing job and deserves recognition for it. I’ve been in similar jobs and many people completely fail to realize that in a position alike, you’re not meant to be up front all the time, directly on the floor doing the typical things as crew members and others do. There is an entire work load that many do not see, understand or recognize. Give her a raise, she’s a 5+ stars all day. Any company in their right minds would want someone like Kaylyn. Keep it up girl, the rigjt ones see you, don’t let all the shenanigans, misunderstandings, and negative energy discourage you! I’ll be in to see YOU, Kayla, Kayla the 2nd and Nataly soon.
