  This place always gets my order wrong. I have a deadly allergy to sour cream. It messes with my guts and gives me explosive bowel movements. I always order no sour cream, and they always give me extra. I think they're doing it on purpose. They are trying to explode my guts and I might have to go to the tell authorities. The people who work there seem to be unable to read, unfortunately. I hope the town of Keene works to further the education of their Taco Bell workers, this way everyone will be positively affected. The workers will be able to read an order correctly. My dolls tend to get very angry when my orders come in wrong, because they have to deal with my explosive gut situation. They get very aggressive towards the architecture of my home. The house is old and if they continue to kick and gnaw at the staircase banister, it will collapse indefinitely. Because of this, Taco Bell workers must be educated and this behavior must be stopped. Please fully read orders and their customizations. Some of us have dietary explosiveness and angry dolls that live in their house.

  Just to start when I walked in multiple employees and possibly a manager from what I gathered were all bullying this one employee working up front trying to fill orders while multiple customers were waiting for food. One of them ripped a bag out of her hands and was aggressive toward her in front of customers. There were multiple employees doing nothing while not only the front counter but also drive thru were backed up. There was also a girl running around giggling and messing around on her phone and changing songs multiple times while others were walking around doing nothing. It took almost 30 minutes for my order of 2 burritos to be made. Two days ago I was also at this same Taco Bell location and was parked waiting for a large nacho fry for almost 30 minutes as well. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend.

  I'm driving tractor trailer and wanted KFC. They are open until 1am. The kid at the counter said the lobby was closed. This is about 11:45 pm. I told him I am driving a tractor trailer and cannot drive thru. He said sorry. At that point I asked for the manager. She let me walk thru the drive thru. She was really nice.

  The service has seemed to improve recently. Theres a new guy Kobe in the window of the drive thru with very positive and friendly vibes that brightens the overall experience. We will be ordering again
