  Not the best McDonald’s, the service is normally awful and the food isn’t always hot. However, they’re open 24 hrs which is nice

  Just more expensive than I thought for fast food. I think next time it would better just to take the time to sit and eat with the family then do take out.

  an emotionally damaging and stressful experience. It’s McDonalds, that’s for sure. My most recent experience was the final straw for me however, and it’s not that it was so extremely bad, so terrible that I won’t ever go back - this is just my opinion based on several very similar experiences in the past 5 years I’ve lived in Keene. 11.6.25 - mobile order, just after noon, and for once NO LINE. Pull up to the terminal to speak with the person on register. I’m waiting a few mins. Car pulls up to the terminal next to me. They serve them first. I wait again. Finally a person. This happens almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here. I give them my code, pull forward and then I get told, just like every time I come: “we need you to pull forward a few feet.” I then find my self in an argument with the cashier because I want to pull into the parking spot on the right instead of where my SUV is bound to get side swiped. They agree and note the color and style of my car. I pull into the spot. They tell the guy that was behind me to pull into the space they wanted me in first. And then THEY GIVE THIS GUY MY FOOD. And the lady doesn’t even try to confirm his order, just gives him the food. We can hear and see the whole interaction from where I am. Didn’t know they gave him my stuff however until they tried to give me his order. So they remake my food and bring it out, reassuring me that everything is in the bag, including my Big Mac. (We ordered for 3 people so I specifically asked about the one thing I got.) I get home and we are divvying up the food and boom NO BIG MAC! Shocker. Drive the 10 mins back over to argue with the cashier about seeing the manager inside the store because it was the kid that brought out my food, and the third employee I saw walk food out to cars. Manager was super nice and immediately rectified my problem. But seriously. Why should I have to have a conversation like that the two times a month I go there to get food. Terrible service - sub par McDonald’s.

  Waited 40 min for a mobil order. Manager was incredibly rude to myself and every other customer she spoke to. Not at all apologetic I was told it was ready and she would get to it when she could. She the proceeded to let ot sit and get cold for 10 more min before she handed it out. It was cleared from the board to help her number 15 min before I got my food.

  Don't order any drive-thru and pay cash. The cashier is either stupid or stealing. My order came to $3.88, I gave him $10.88. He rang it up but gave me back $6. When I asked for my other dollar, he stared blankly at me and said, "I gave you your change." The checkout does not give paper receipts, so I couldn't even take it up with management. The drive-thru time in the past year now takes 30 mins wait. With the low quality of food, stealing, and bad service, I have decided to purchase convenient meals elsewhere. Sorry, Roy Crockett, your American dream is now a nightmare
