Went to the West St. location today (next to Dangelos. Paid and waited AN HOUR for ONE coffee. Left there with no coffee. Went to the other West St location. FOUR coffees later I FINALLY got One that I could actually drink 😡 You guys MUST get better management in place. The standards DO NOT meet an almost $5 coffee!!! Unacceptable

My breakfast sandwich felt like it was burnt, went stale, then microwaved for 30 seconds just to reheat it. Overall not the best experience I've had at Dunkin
