    So I always bring a refill cup into dunks there and I always get it filled to the top I didnt have time to get it fixed or go to another one I always ask for extra ice in my coffee and this is what I get this morning are you for real and I cant get my money back I used a gift card really dunks really 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    I used the drive thru to pick up a meal deal for my YA family member the day before Christmas Eve. Convenient and filling amount of food for a Dunkin $6 meal. I tried to order a croissant sandwich for myself, so that I could have a bit of food in my tummy and keep shopping and running errands for the upcoming holiday, but the drivethru clerk tiredly informed me that they were out of croissants at this location. Apparently, this drive-thru location being more convenient than the walk-in pickup, sells out fast around 1-2 pm. Good business for them, not so great for us. I wish the drive thru on West St had ability to provide food further into the day. Other than that, no complaints. The food was correct and delivered to the drive thru window as quickly as one could expect, and my family member got a late lunch and we continued with our holiday prep. Merry Merry, y'all! 🙃

    Always happy with this dunks always get our order right and quick about. The workers are always pleasant and polite. When you ask for a receipt they don't roll there eyes at you or mutter something. This is the dunks over by Sam's in Swanzey. This is our go to Dunkins from now on.

    WHO IS RUNNING THESE ESTABLISHMENTS? I used to frequent the location Court St. Stopped going there due to poor service. Went to the West St. location today (next to Dangelos. Paid and waited AN HOUR for ONE coffee. Left there with no coffee. Went to the other West St location. FOUR coffees later I FINALLY got One that I could actually drink 😡 You guys MUST get better management in place. The standards DO NOT meet an almost $5 coffee!!! Unacceptable
