Are they not allowed to help this happens constantly and it makes it a horrible place to use your lunch break.

I called customer service and tried to do a live chat MULTIPLE times and they said they can't compensate me for a meal I was unsatisfied with. I never even GOT a meal. I would like my money back!!

Employees constantly improperly make burrito causing it to fall apart when you take your first bite. If you order a burrito you should not get a a pile of ingredients to eat with a fork, that's what bowls are for. The fancy fruit dispenser drinks are often out. So you pay nearly $4 for a drink and then all you can get it coke. I love Chipotle, so it's a shame the local one to me sucks.
