Ordered online. Said they had no chips when I went to pick up order, and told me to go online and request a refund. Also forgot to add utensils I requested, but did notice until I got back to hotel!

The sorry state of this location is for one reason only. The Owner. It is clear that the franchisee of this location has put zero effort into this location and you can tell that buy the cookie cutter response he will give to this review. This guy has no business savvy and should clearly not be allowed to own this chain. I hope corporate sees this and fines him heavily for the negligent actions that affect chipotles name. I’m going to Tito’s.

Visited chipotle on Tuesday of this week and found it to be subpar. For starts the food was not hot and was not restocked in a timely manner. Got tea and it was rancid. The juice machines looked like it had congealed sediment in them. The coke was out of syrup. The tables and floors were filthy along with the glass entry way. There were at least five or six people standing around. Hopefully things will get better as this was a favorite of mine.

Went in, stood at the counter, to order, 3 employees filling orders from a computer screen. No one else around. All 3 employees saw me and 2 of the walked back to get something from the back. No one ever acknowledged me. I was there more than 5 minutes. Finally I just walked out. Ridiculous, not the first time that has happened there. Won’t be back.
