Love the food, the spacing of the tables, and the staff. My only issue is there is no changing station in the bathrooms. Your only option is the floor or your car.

I was in tonight 04/17/26 on my way home to Maine from Massachusetts. This will be my last time at this location. I will commend the man working the line alone and the woman at the register. They were very apologetic. The other two appeared annoyed. I was allowed to go through the line and order a bowl. All was well and I paid. When I went to the customer self serve area (napkins, drinks, utensils), it was trashed and appeared to not have been cleaned or restocked in a very long time. There were only 4 people on and it was very busy. The man handling the line was on his own, but was keeping his head above water and was very personable. When I tried to find a fork, there were none. I went to the register and the woman said she was sorry but they didn’t have any. I asked how I was suppose to eat this bowl without a fork and the man working the to go station said, “I don’t know.” The man working the line said he’d go out back to look and returned and said they were out, but I could go to Wendy’s and get one. I said I simply wanted a refund, which annoyed the man at the to go station and he said, “we can’t do that, we don’t have a manager.” At that point, the man working the line asked the other person doing prep if she could give me a refund and she did, but appeared less than pleasant about it. I said to the man working the line, good customer service would have been making me aware of the situation of not having forks prior to making my order of a bowl. I was traveling and had no access to a fork. I’ve worked in food service and this would be a basic level of understanding. You can’t eat a salad with a knife or spoon and I should not have to search out at another restaurant for basic utensils. My annoyance was compounded because last fall at this same location I arrived at 7:30 and was told they’d stopped serving. When I said the website indicated you were open until 9, the response was “not tonight.” I sympathize with the employees at this location and they should not have to deal with his poor management issue or annoyed customers like me. The location is dirty including tables and the bathroom and having a manager on duty would help. I do see this as a poor management issue along with being under staffed/trained in customer service. I have decided to stop using this location and will not recommend it to others. My service is minimal there and I’m sure the primary customer base is the college, but this location sets a very poor example for other Chipotle restaurants. For a first time customer it could very well be a customer lost. My experience at this location is highly regrettable since my experiences in North Conway, NH and Hadley, MA have been positive and the atmosphere is clean, friendly, professional and customer oriented. The management needs to look carefully at this site, its staffing and training and the it’s poor level of cleaning. It’s not a standard I believe the corporate level would approve.

I have to say, I am highly disappointed in this location. I travel for a living, and I travel around the New England area every single day I have gone to several different chipotles, and never once have I ever been to a chipotle where the demeanor and mannerisms of the employees was just unacceptable. I put in an order to be picked up at 5:30. I walked out of there with a subpar meal that cost $20 at 5:43 PM. The young lady, that was Manning their poor excuse for a quesadilla making operation was faking her customer service so badly that honestly my response would probably could’ve been better, but when you knowingly are being patronized by an employee that doesn’t set the tone for a reasonable encounter by any means. I get out to the car. I’m getting ready for my hour and a half to two hour ride back home and I open the quesadilla and the cheese is still cold and hasn’t even been melted. I bring it back in. She informed me that their quesadilla machine is down so they’re using a tortilla press. Well, a tortilla press does not get hot enough to sufficiently cook a quesadilla the way it’s supposed to be made. So she makes it again and I asked her to please leave it in there for longer now mind you I had 10 minutes with my first order and I was sitting there watching her make it. I know how long she put it in the press For she proceeds to put the second one in the press for the exact same amount of time. I’m thinking to myself either. She doesn’t know how to contemplate time or she really just is patronizing me to the point that she doesn’t care. After speaking with the manager, Nick, I am probably going to say that she just doesn’t care. I spoke to Nick he says do you wanna come back and I’ll remake it for you and I said no, you’ve already tried to make two of them. Why would I come back there for a third time? Your quesadilla machine is broken. You won’t throw it on the grill. This is $20 gone out the drain by the time. I make it home after my hour and a half plus drive home I won’t be able to reheat it up. It’s gonna be bad. I asked him do you like throwing $20 out the window on a Friday night. And of course his answer was no absolutely not. I said well then maybe you should take quesadilla is off the menu since you cannot adequately and sufficiently make them correctly the way they are supposed to be made. He says will corporate says we can’t take anything off the menu I said of course because you’d rather take money from people and give them below average results as opposed to just having them order something else and his response was hey I don’t make the rules. I just work here. I said Nick I know and that’s the problem. Your demeanor has trickle down into the staff and they all don’t care either. They’re just working there. I will never go to this location ever again.

Food was good. Didn't wait to get it, however it left by the register no communication to other staff, people saw it but did nothing. I finally said something. No People skills at all. Very disappointed.

The worst Chipotle experience on Saturday 4th April. First off a very slow moving line. I am guessing the girl serving was on her first day as she was exceptionally slow, spooning rice grain by grain with no help from others. The tortilla was wrapped around her arm, touching her clothing and sleeves which is definitely a food safety violation. What I couldn’t understand what that one girl was slow, creating a line yet at the end of the counter multiple staff stood there with nothing to do. Where is the leadership and management? Portion sizes were tiny - a few cubes of chicken per order. But then this was overcompensated when I asked for sour cream - my food was then drowned in it. The floor and tables were also filthy. This place just needs new management.
