Just trying to get a sandwich to have for lunch later while skiing, and waited for 20 minutes for them to open. There was an employee inside still preparing to open but at some point retreated to the back and didn’t come back out after seeing us waiting. Understandable to need a few extra minutes to finish prepping to open, but 20 minutes late is unacceptable.
