Unfortunately, over the last few months, the coffee quality has become awful!!! It’s now full of cream — it doesn’t even taste like coffee anymore! It feels like I’m drinking a cup of cream with just a sip of coffee added. It’s really disappointing because this place used to be great, but it seems like they’re trying to save on coffee instead of caring about their customers. Nowadays, I go to another Dunkin’ where the coffee tastes just the way I like it.
