- FJFox JamieApr 4, 20261.0I came in today 4/4/26 around 9-11 AM to pick up my online order and noticed a concerning interaction. A staff member who appeared to be in charge was speaking harshly to both employees and customers, especially when people asked about mobile orders. The tone came across as dismissive and disrespectful, which made the environment uncomfortable. I believe strong leadership doesn’t require talking down to others, I mean its coffee ..its dunks...chill out......I hope this is something that can be addressed moving forward.

I ended up going to other locations and realized after 30 minutes I had to go to this location and the lady told me I took too long someone either took my order or she threw it out. Anyways they would not make me a new order for free and told me I had to call corporate to get my money back. So looks like anyone can go in and walk out with anyone pick up orders

She just told the manager how sick she was in front of me and other customers and she still allowed her to touch donut case and make coffees on the line.
