  Hooksett NH location Day shift is friendly and gives good service, night shift is another story. On the night of April 8th my husband and I went through the drive through and we were shorted an order of nacho fries. We weren't offered a receipt so I had nothing to reference when I filled out the complaint to get my money back for the fries. Tonight April 24 we went back, there were 3-4 employees standing around outside and when we got our food we were again not offered a receipt and this time we were shorted a chicken snacker and a biscuit. It was upon discovering this shortage that I realized the manager never followed up to my complaint from the April 8th visit. Y'all owe us a large nacho fry, a chicken snacker sandwich, and a biscuit.

  Ordered multiple times here. Almost every time they completely mess up the food. And when contacted they hang up on you. I'd recommend ordering from literally anywhere else.

  Does anyone actually work or are they paid to ignore customers and stand around on their phones. They mess up veggy only orders all the time, there used to be a girl there with a mask and the Spanish woman they were the only two to actually make food and cash out customers id always see them work alone while everyone else stood around. They probably left due to how bad this store is. You need more employees who care about customers and fire these people who do nothing and get mad customers come in

  Great tasting supreme crunchy tacos. Shaynia Holly was extremely nice, friendly and is a hard working employee working the front counter and cooking the food. Great tasting food served with a smile makes for a great experience I had not gone to any Taco Bell in years, but I will definitely go back to this Hooksett NH restaurant again

  Food is old and bad, service is slow and rude, atmosphere is dirty. Clearly with all the bad reviews on this location who ever franchises it doesn’t care about customers. I won’t even blame the useless employees as this is clearly a top down issue that starts with ownership then management. Wish they would close and bring Wendy’s back lol.
