  Easily the worst establishment I’ve been in for customer service and food quality. Place is run by kids acting extremely unprofessional. Dropping racist profanities at each other in the kitchen. Not wearing proper and and or headwear when preparing food. Once you’re past all that and someone actually takes your order, your met with endless waiting only to get cold food. Doesn’t matter if it’s dine in or drive through; my last two visits have taken 10-15 minutes easily to get our food. Better off going literally anywhere else. Extremely disappointing.

  The workers in this McDonalds all seem like they hate their job. The young man at the 1st window and the other young man who brought out our food had the best attitudes. The little girl who passed out our drinks literally has no type of customer service and zero manners, as the soda is dripping from the top of every cup she passed to me. Didn’t apologize nor offer napkins. I will not be back to this McDonalds. I don’t even like being in Manchester but at least those people are nice.

  I don't expect much from MacDonalds but I do expect that it is fast food. The Hooksett location is anything but. Even when relatively empty with plenty of employees milling about, getting them to do their job at anything more than a snail's pace is impossible. I have never seen cashiers shuffle about as pathetically as at this location. Kudos to them, I guess, since I don't imagine MacDonalds pays that much. Won't bother stopping there again.

  Went through the drive through and only bought 6 piece nuggets, fries and a sweet tea; set in line for 0ver 15 minutes, then when I got my food I left without checking it first, only to find out my nuggets were still cold and the fries were definitely sitting for awhile before they were given to me. Not even sure how that can happen especially since it took so long to get my food.

  This place is bad. REAL BAD. I’ve never once gone though this place and had an order done correctly. Usually get sent to the side, wait forever, then have to go back in after an employee with zero social skills crawls out. Every. Time. I film them and post online for laughs (unless challenged - they do have an employees that have obvious disabilities and they are the only ones there worth celebrating. The ex Shaws guy with blond hair is terrific. Tonight was final straw. Held hostage in line for 30 minutes for a 2 meals with Shamrock shake. I watched Igor make it…..ran out of liquid. Female employee starts dumping in liquid into machine, then runs it into a cup topped with whipped cream. It was straight up liquid. How STUPID does one have to be to hand that off? Don’t bother replying with the canned “contact us”. If management hasn’t seen these crappy reviews or noticed the problems by now, they never will.
