  You order from a kiosk. In order they forgot the chicken tender sauce ordered, then didn't have the one I asked for. The person ahead of me they forgot something in his order. Not busy in drive thru. Ate inside around 3pm. 3 people working there that day. One on phone talking loudly, the other person saw me at counter waiting but went in back, I saw another person walk by in the back holding a rack of fried chicken. The bathroom door was open with a bucket in front of it by the dining room. It made an unpleasant atmosphere to eat in. The chicken burrito had too much sauce and was dripping. Not enough tortilla chips in the bag and crushed ones given. Overall not pleasant experience. Stick with drive thru.

  Drove 2.6 miles from highway. Dingy. Order screen in drive-through was broken. First window after ordering was broken, sealed with a black plastic garbage bag. When I asked for hot sauce for tacos, was given KFC hot sauce which is basically vinegar. Tomatoes had gone bad. Parked and went in to get taco sauce and use bathroom, not terrible but not good. Generally gross and seedy.

  This location is the best I have gone too, the food is delicious and the workers are amazing. Highly recommend! The chicken was fall off the bone DELICIOUS! The service I experienced here was highly professional. I highly recommend!

  Intercom wasn't working so they had me pull to the window to order. I ordered a 6pc tender, crunchwrap meal, and cheesy double beef burrito. I got a taco shell with some lettuce and cheese, a crunch wrap that was all wrap, some weird tasting grilled cheese burrito, and old dry tenders. I'd like to specifically point out the poor quality of the food. There's 5 other Taco Bells within 15 minutes, and at least 3 of them absolutely give better portions and more accurate orders. I'd also love to point out that although a 5-piece tender MEAL is only $13, somehow a 6-piece tenders (no sides or drink) equates to $15!? Obviously I couldn't see the total or the price because I was at the window, but that receipt (and bank notification) nearly gave me a heart attack before the fried chicken could. What a ripoff. I suddenly remembered why I stopped frequenting KFC locations altogether. Next time I'll take the extra time to drive to South Willow or Second St. This location USED to be my go-to location. Over the years it's clearly gotten much worse. As my dad frequently told me growing up, "I'm not angry, just disappointed".
