  The person who served me was extremely good and thoughtful. I am vegetarian and I have a service dog as well. When she saw my service dog she offered to get him some water. Which I appreciated and when she made my sub she made sure that the space was clean and there wasn't any meat on the surface and made sure to switch her gloves as well. Which yet again I really appreciated it and this experience has really made my day. Best subway ever, definitely go to this one 😁.

  3 strikes, you're out. First incident: said order would be ready at certain time. Get there a couple minutes early and still had to wait 20 minutes for my sub. 2nd incident: ordered online a footling. Got there she had made a 6". Had to wait AGAIN for the correct size sub. Took up 20 minutes of my 1/2 hr break time. 3rd incident: tried to order on line, wouldn't let me for some reason. I walk over there on my lunch 1/2 hr (3 stores away from my job). Girl said she wasn't clocked in yet and went out back. Other girl at register was counting coins so I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I just left. Wasted more of my lunch time for NOTHING. Not a well managed store. This is the hooksett store.

  I'm a fan of Subway overall, but not so much this location. I used to order here prob twice a week for a span of 10+ years. Service here has taken a turn for the worse and I no longer utilize this location. Numerous times I ordered online and showed up at the indicated time and sub was not ready. Last order I did, I intentionally showed up 20 minutes past the "ready" time and it still wasn't ready. The worker indicated she would start making it once the other customers in line were served. I asked for a refund and was told I had to do it online. I attempted to do so and got a response from the Area Manger (Speidel). She indicated my refund would be credited in 5 to 7 days. This was several months back, never refunded.

  This location is constantly inconsistent... It doesn't matter if i order extra vegetables or pay for extra meat or cheese - i never get it. There are way more places to choose from... And it isn't cheap - even when you choose one of their "deals".
