    If I could give them zero I would. At least 15 cars parked throughout the parking lot because they are inept and unable to get food out in a timely fashion. Absolutely shameful mismanagement of this trash location. I have never once been able to go through the drive thru without waiting 15 minutes plus in a parking spot for my “fast” food. The managers should be embarrassed and ashamed

    Went through drive thru and ordered my food with a large coke. Twice they gave me medium coke. The cheeseburgers I received were ok, kinda, the buns were old and stale. Never again!

    This location STOLE my credit card information. Please avoid, or make sure you pay cash. Disputing the charge and getting a new card all because I placed an order with my card here. I ordered through the app, picked it up, everything was great. Then the next day, I was charged a whole meal in the middle of the night, even though I was nowhere near the location to make the “in store purchase.” The customers should not bear this risk.

    The drive thru in hooksett like to charge you extra by uping the size to a med coffee with a combo breakfast meal instead of the small coffee that comes with the meal. After several attempts to mention it to him, then he put in med diet coke then too which I didnt order. Small coffee with the meal. The employee at register had large rings on many fingers. I thought no rings when you work in a food environment as they harbor bacteria?

    Asked for an extra sauce with the fries they forgot and the manager looks me right in the face says it’s in the bag and that he “doesn’t even care anymore”. No sauce in bag.
