The past three times I’ve been here (span of about 2 months) I go through the drive thru and each time they tell me to pull into a spot, I wait 10+ minutes, and then have to go in asking for my food. Each time I go in the bag with my food is ready and sitting there waiting to be brought out but no one bothers to bring it out. The past 3 times this has happened it hasn’t been busy and the employees are always chatting and distracted. None of them know how to do their jobs. If there is even a manager at the store they have no idea how to manage their employees and get them to work. The employees themselves should be in trouble too because they all seem to want to do anything but the job they’re being paid for. Just fire the lot of them. Never returning to this location. It’s only cold food and shitty service.
