  I was there earlier to grab a cup of coffee. But they kept me waiting at drive way for about 7/8 minutes, as there was a car before me. When my turn came I had to wait 8/9 minutes and finally took the order, saying to pull forward at 1st window. Once reaching there, I had to wait another 6/7 minutes . Altogether I waited for almost 26 minutes to get a cup of coffee which was ridiculous in my entire life having a cup of coffee.

  Insane wait times. Workers are not serious and take their sweet time and are insanely rude. As someone who lives down the road from this dunkin donuts (less than 1 minute), I can drive 15 minutes out of my way and come back and my wife would STILL be in line at that same one. Furthermore, the traffic in that corner caused by the inefficiency of this dunkin donuts is something the residents of the area need to petition the city about. It doesn't make sense for our commute to be extended by 20 minutes on average because of poor operations and even poorer traffic flow. This dunkin donuts' poor operations both inside and outside and inexistent management is causing all kinds of issues.

  I always love their bagels and muffins, as well as the donuts. Boston creams have been a favorite since I was a little girl.

  I can’t believe they « don’t have » raspberries croissant in the morning for the month of December, and that happen many times

  If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, and i’m sure others in the reviews could agree as well. Just by reading the top 3 reviews, I didn’t even need to go any further to realize the whole place and management is just a dump in general. When I came here at exactly 10:40 this morning I had one of the most worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I pulled up to the speaker and politely began placing my order for an egg and cheese wake-up wrap. Before I could even finish my sentence, the lady employee cut me off and yelled, “I’mma need you to speak up — like all the way up — you’re too quiet.” Just too loud and obnoxious for me. It’s almost that I could feel her spit coming out of the speaker. I was taken aback, but I raised my voice and continued ordering. Each time I tried to finish what I was saying, I felt rushed or talked over. When my order was finally taken, the employee ended the interaction with a very sarcastic “Have a fantastic day,” which made the situation feel even more hostile.At that point, I was uncomfortable enough that I decided not to pick up my food at all. When customer service and management is that unprofessional and aggressive, it makes you question the safety and care behind anything being handed to you. I understand your working in the morning and your being paid under minimum wage. But you chose this job. Atleast act a little humble.
