  I’ve never had an issue asking for a coffee remake before. I had gotten another coffee from Dunkin’s that was completely burnt and that I would not drink. The first girl at the window was super kind and said she’d see what she could do with a smile. Then who I only presume is the manager or shift lead refused to take the burnt coffee in question and charged me another $6.93. Most places have no issue remaking a coffee that’s from their company to make a happy customer. I wasn’t asking for a free coffee. I was asking for a remake. Will not be coming to this particular Dunkin’s again. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin’s or Aroma Joe’s before. Extremely disappointed in leadership customer service.

  ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches, coffee was a little wrong but still pretty good, only ended up getting 1 sandwich

  Overpriced Mediocre coffee but its convenient. Staff is slower than other dunkins but it is a busy location

  What type of dunkin donuts only has a drive thru. And the line was rediculous

  everytime i order a drink here, i ask for light ice, so it doesn’t melt and turn watery throughout the day as i drink it. everytime they manage to give me EXTRA ice. i 100% get that if i order less ice i might get less drink, but i would prefer that to getting a watered down drink.
