It was the first time I've seen this at this Dunkin, and it's normally pretty good. But the management there does not seem To make this place a good atmospherece

She speaks down to them like they are idiots and it is sad to see as a customer. I have been to many Dunkin in my time and have never heard someone speak to people with such disdain. She is clearly in the wrong position! They need a good manager who knows how to treat people. I feel sorry for her staff. I would never work there! :(

About a month ago we had an unexpected breakdown near this Dunkin’, and Dalton and Eiley absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us. They didn’t just serve great coffee—they shared helpful info about the area and pointed us toward places in town that could assist. Their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Huge thank you to Dalton and Eiley for their outstanding hospitality. This location truly cares about its customers! 🙌💛🍩☕️
