Asked if they would put the coffee from the cup into my Yeti and was denied. When we got to the window 2 different medium coffees were ordered, she passed one and I asked which one she had in her hand. Please keep in mind it was still dark. Her response was they were labeled! When we opened the bag with the 3 Boston cream donuts, they were not fresh and they were all crammed together. What a mess we had. Extremely disappointed with our experience.

I try to get someone to fix it and everybody ignores you until you make them acknowledge you and then they're inconvenienced by you because they messed up on your order. I wouldn't care if I didn't pay extra for the things that they failed to add to my order. Attention to detail goes along way, so does customer service

We asked for two separate orders and she said okay but when we got to the window she said she could not do that(they can we do that all the time). They also did not get the right size of either drink (ordered two mediums and received a small and a large instead). The drinks received also were not mixed at all. Overall the worst time I have had at the fine Dunkin’s establishment.
