Went through the drive through at 5:40 am this morning. We were traveling from NH back to upstate NY. Asked if they would put the coffee from the cup into my Yeti and was denied. When we got to the window 2 different medium coffees were ordered, she passed one and I asked which one she had in her hand. Please keep in mind it was still dark. Her response was they were labeled! When we opened the bag with the 3 Boston cream donuts, they were not fresh and they were all crammed together. What a mess we had. Extremely disappointed with our experience.

When it's made right it's pretty good. A majority of the time however it's made wrong. I do a mobile order and they mess it up every time. I try to get someone to fix it and everybody ignores you until you make them acknowledge you and then they're inconvenienced by you because they messed up on your order. I wouldn't care if I didn't pay extra for the things that they failed to add to my order. Attention to detail goes along way, so does customer service
