The veggies were limp and lacked that crunchy freshness I look for—pretty sad for a place that calls itself a sandwich shop. I also found it frustrating when I realized they had run out of a couple of key toppings I was excited about. It felt like everything was just off. To top it all off, the service was a bit lackluster. The staff didn’t seem particularly interested or friendly, which just added to the whole not-so-great vibe. I left feeling underwhelmed and regretting my choice. I might give it another shot, but next time, I'll definitely think twice before heading back. Overall, not the best experience.

    I recently visited a Subway location that left me pretty disappointed. Right from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The employees were unusually curt, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. I asked a couple of questions about the menu, and instead of friendly guidance, I got short, snappy answers that just felt rude. When it came to making my sandwich, they seemed rushed and uninterested. I appreciate that everyone has busy days, but it doesn't excuse poor customer service. My sandwich turned out to be a bit sloppy, which was the icing on the cake. To top it off, the place wasn’t very clean either, which really didn’t help the overall experience. It’s a shame because I usually enjoy Subway for a quick bite. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. A friendly smile and some politeness can make all the difference, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking here.

It’s hard to enjoy your food when you feel unwelcome. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations, so I don’t think I’d come back to this one. Honestly, a little kindness goes a long way, and it’s such a shame when poor service ruins what could have been a nice meal.

    I went to this subway around 1pm and the place was filthy, service was slow and terrible, all ingredients I asked for looked like they’d been sitting under the sun for 2 weeks. There was a girl who worked there who said she was the daughter of the owner, terribly rude girl and when confronted with poor service and rude staff she simply said “you’re at subway not Eastern Depot” probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Hope this place gets shut down. Saw a roach in the spinach.
