On a recent visit my mom ordered jr. burger and junior fry (two items happen to be on the 4$ bag menu). I then ordered the $4 bag stating the 2 items I wanted. Our total came to $8.76 plus tax. I had to mention to the cashier that the correct total should be $8 plus tax. Since she had just stated the 2 items she wanted, they rang in separately at the individual prices, not the $4 bag price. Make sure to mention the $4 bag option if ordering 2 item options under that, or you will be charged more. Wendy's system should have something in place internally, where it reverts automatically to the $4 price when ordering 2 items under that.

They never get the order right and somehow when they do, it is as if something went wrong with the food.
Clearly the insult to injury is how they never give one the receipt. As if one is suppose to remember it every time.
It is definitely ironic though that the redeeming quality to the place has been from a military veteran and the manager that i have only seen a couple times. (Probably a bit hard on the people; but something is up.)

After a long day of work I placed in order online at the Gilford nh Wendy's, unfortunately when I got there there were a few things that could not be fulfilled on my order and needless to say initially I was a little disappointed BUT!! AFTER SPEAKING to Xavier and Hannah who are the night time managers they were able to rectify my order and fix everything for me which made everything not only better but a pleasant experience to boot! They were professional courteous and kind and completely understanding and that's why I continue to go to that store especially after a long day of work. So again I would like to thank Xavier and Hannah at Wendy's for making my night and as always a solid experience at that store

This place absolutely sucked service cleanliness and bs when it came to ordering my food after standing there for almost 20 mins and getting the order wrong i wouldn't waste my time going back I filed a formal complaint with corporate and I hope the board of health paid them a visit and corporate if they don't get it together then they should close them down and bulldoze it and make it a dump this is just based on my experience and opinion do as you will

My sandwhich and fries were cold. The surfaces were clean but if you look at any crack (tables and benches) it looks like the food and crumbs were brushed in. The service was good and the people were polite and were working at a good steady pace.
