  Terrible wait times for “fast food”. We ordered food to be ready at 5:15, we are finally leaving with our order at 5:54. I could have made dinner at home quicker. Crazy!!

  Me and my brother go there almost every Thursday to get frostys nuggets and the bacon fries normally no problems at all but tonight we went there like normal and got the bacon fries(poorly made) looked like the bacon was crumbs from the bottom on the bucket our brownie batter frostys were drinkable when the guy went to give the cups to the guy that was at the frosty machine he shood him away and we got old frostys and the 4 peice nugget only had 3 and were cold we sat in like for 20 minutes waiting

  You know normally have no issue with this Wendy’s but when I went through the drive-thru I had to sit for 15 minutes for 2 brownie batter frostys(improperly made) baconator fries (poorly made) and 4 nuggets(cold) i normally sit there for 5 mins max and the bacon looks like the crumbs from the bottom of the container the frostys weren’t mixed using the machine that they normally use I could see when they were making it when he tried to hand off the cups to the other to dude he said no and shoo’d him away while he continued cleaning the machine very disappointed

  Went in for a quick burger and ended up waiting for about half hour I have never been to a Wendy's that was this slow

  Employees are rude and refuse to give 4 sauces for 4 orders of nuggets. I understand charging for extra sauce, if I was asking for extra not asking for 1 sauce for 1 order of nuggets. Also Wendy's use to have the best sweet and sours sauces, but apparently have replaced it with a sweet chili, which is no where as good. Food has gone down hill and customer service is even worse.
