I was given a hard time and told I was an inconvenience because I asked for no salt fries, then by the time we got our food the fries were stone cold. When I asked for new fries they gave me a hard time and said "they were hot when we gave them to you". So basically they called me a liar. The employees and some managers are rude and think that you owe them because we inconvenienced them because they had to wait on us. All set with this place!!!!

As someone who can appreciate a good attitude and a good hustle, kudos to the kids I’ve seen running this joint the past few weeks. Got ketchup with my fresh fries I didn’t have to wait for, without having to ask for the ketchup, and THIS is what I mean when I say extra pickles!! Standard doesn’t always equal 10/10 customer service :)
