I walked in, there was one person working and he was making pizzas, he did not acknowledge me. I assumed someone else would come up to the counter. I waited 5 minutes. Still no one or acknowledgment. I finally spoke up to the guy making pizzas and asked if I could be helped. I could see my pizzas sitting on a shelf. He said it was football Sunday and to wait. Meanwhile, my pizzas are sitting there getting cold. After 10 Minutes he FINALLY comes over and hands me my pizzas, like why couldn’t he have done that earlier?! It was super odd. I just had to wait there waiting for him to hand me my boxes, and he was so rude, barely spoke, and clearly has no good customer service. I was an easy customer, all I needed was the pizza, they were already made and paid for, he just didn’t care to acknowledge me. He needs some training, no customer should have to experience this.
