No one was infront of me / no other customers in line and I ended up waiting 10 minutes for just these hash browns . Everytime I go to this location in an emergency if I’m too hungry … I’m reminded why I avoid this dunkin. The crew member that made these looked at these and said yeah I’ll serve them to someone . Disgusting and can’t eat them , taste like charcoal .
- ALautumn lynnSep 15, 20251.0Worse service I’ve ever experienced..the workers are to busy playing on their phones or being a DJ with the music..music is inappropriate first of all and very loud to the point where you can’t even hear the customers..the crew doesn’t know how to work together as a team..coffee isn’t fresh..store is dirty..Jan the manager doesn’t know how to run the store..she lets her daughter who I think is 6/7 work on the floor making coffees and getting food..makes me wonder if they ever actually watch the cameras at that store but I’ll say they definitely need to take a look and see what’s actually happening at that location..
