  reaching out on behalf of my boyfriend who was just there. went to pick up MY sub, and was treated with such disgust. First of all, the manager was screaming at the customer service representative behind the counter.. which led the manager to get yelled at by a customer because of how rude they were being. Then the manager proceeds to give my partner attitude when simply saying he’s picking up an order. she says quote “i can’t find your order… oh you’re 10 minutes early. THATS why” in the most deranged attitude he’s ever heard from customer service. After his order was done, he went to take it out of her hands, but she proceeds to slam my poor meatball sub on the counter :( how cruel. do better.

  Quiet place, was slow today, and the guy was ready to take orders. My order was taken care of with pride and cheerful service. Will gladly return time and time again

  This place is an absolute joke. Placed a large online order last night, arrive to the store at the time it said, and it was closed. No lights on, doors locked. This was on a Friday night at 6pm. The other times I've been here were also lacking good service and offered lower quality subs, even by subway standards. I Hope that it being closed is a permanent situation, because it doesn't deserve to be open, at all. Would give it 0/10 if I could.

  Today was the best experience I've had there within the last month of me coming to this place, you can tell that everything has changed for the better. By far the manager that took over is on top of her game. No lack of ingredients, she seem to enjoy her job and take pride in doing it right thanks btw. Thanks for recognizing the problem and putting an mvp in there subway!!

  Sunny made my sandwich, that means the best subway is on the weekends I guess cuz I am always afraid to go in but she was great and so efficient I got something very unusual very late and she was not only accommodating but everything also looked so clean
