3 years later, the food is still not up to expectations from other Taco Bell locations. And now, even if you use the app, going through the drive through requires you to interact with an AI agent at the speaker. If you are going to require me to interact with AI so obviously, then I will not be visiting. This is not a Taco Bell wide issue either as I've been to many that don't require interactions with AI. So the atmosphere is trash, the service is trash simply for not being real people until you get to the window, and the food is below average Taco Bell quality. What a mess.

I understand it's gets SLOW sometime, especially trying to hire good employee help. Let alone anybody that wants to actually work. Not a real big issue over 30 minutes for my order to go through as a walk in/order. But the horrific disgusting view of the woman making multiple quesadillas. Coughing into her hands multiple times without washing them. Then handling the food line, making orders. All while forgetting to put gloves on still. Finally after, let's call it just under 4 minutes later. Remembers to put her gloves on, still never washing her hands once. Touching her face eyes and nose still with the same gloves on, while continuing, making food orders. You can see down the food line perfectly, right side in plain view. If you are standing waiting right behind the counter. Not hard to miss seeing in clearly in direct eye sight. Gad I didn't order anything that was made from her food line side. So if anyone gets sick today or anytime, ij the last to next few days. Good chances it was from here, & her disregard for customer help. I definitely WILL NOT, be ordering from here anytime in the near future. GOOD LUCK MANAGEMENT!!! Clearly in violation of health code: NH FDA food Code § He-C 4002.3Code § He-C 4002.30.

I ordered in the store on the kiosk and when food was provided and taken home, a lot of my order was not in the bag. Maybe I should have checked the bag before departure but maybe the management should make sure the orders are correct. It appeared to be confusion in the prep area as other customers were waiting for some time to get their orders. I blame management on this mostly but not is also the peppers who don’t ensure they have every item on the orders. This is shameful. I paid for food I didn’t get.

The first issue is with the AI drive-through. The second issue is the humans. This is the first Taco Bell I’ve been to that has the AI ordering system. I’m a heavy AI user so the issue is not incompetence on my part. I didn’t see what I wanted on the menu, a seasonal item I had seen an ad for. I asked the AI about it and it got confused. Told me that they didn’t have such a thing, but also added an item to the order that was not what I asked for. When I told her that I hadn’t ordered anything. It got into an argument with me about removing the item from the order that it had added. It finally just ignored my protestation and asked me if everything was correct with my order. And I told it no, that not a single thing that was in the order was correct. Then a guy, who I assume was human, interrupted the AI asking if he could help me. And I tried to explain to him why the AI got confused, but he also started arguing with me, saying that if an item isn’t on the menu that it doesn’t exist. I know it exists because I got it from a different Taco Bell just a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to at least tell him what it was so he could confirm or deny they still carried it but he was not interested in listening. He was extraordinarily condescending and acted like I was an absolute moron, and that I was being unreasonable for ordering this item. Then a second person, a woman, who I also assume was human, interrupted him, and tried to take my order, but by that point I had already started to pull away. After being talked to that way by a fast food worker, I wasn’t going to reward them with any profit from me.
