Order was made wrong and the kitchen staff argued with the manager about how to fix it...... They wanted to wipe the bun as a way to fix an item that was an allergy item in our order. Manager had to go back and make it herself. Not one sandwich was actually all in the bun, with everyone more than half out and not able to be eaten as is(unless you did so with a fork or love condiments on your hands). Missing pickles on 3 of 4 burgers. Fries weren't fully cooked, all this and we waited 15 minutes for the order. Do yourself a favor and go an exit in either direction and try a different location. Last time we'll stop here.
- ESE SJan 2, 20262.0I visited more than 24 hours after the last snowfall and found the parking lot and sidewalk around the building, including the handicapped area leading to the entrance door, slick with ice. It appeared that it had not been salted at all. This was at 12:45 in the afternoon, so there was no reason for this. I had planned to use the restroom and purchase lunch. After passing by three or four employees standing idly and chatting at the counter as I entered the restroom, I found the trash can blocking the handicapped stall. The two open stalls were reasonably clean, as was the sink area, which was a pleasant surprise, given the other factors. After using the restroom, I just left without lunch, for fear I would slip in the parking lot if I left with a cup and bag in my hands. I had to steady myself on vehicles due to the ice. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Customers shouldn't require cleats to enter the building. :(
