  3 out of 4 times they couldn't count to 4, as we were shorted a nugget in 3. Order was made wrong and the kitchen staff argued with the manager about how to fix it...... They wanted to wipe the bun as a way to fix an item that was an allergy item in our order. Manager had to go back and make it herself. Not one sandwich was actually all in the bun, with everyone more than half out and not able to be eaten as is(unless you did so with a fork or love condiments on your hands). Missing pickles on 3 of 4 burgers. Fries weren't fully cooked, all this and we waited 15 minutes for the order. Do yourself a favor and go an exit in either direction and try a different location. Last time we'll stop here.

  I visited more than 24 hours after the last snowfall and found the parking lot and sidewalk around the building, including the handicapped area leading to the entrance door, slick with ice. It appeared that it had not been salted at all. This was at 12:45 in the afternoon, so there was no reason for this. I had planned to use the restroom and purchase lunch. After passing by three or four employees standing idly and chatting at the counter as I entered the restroom, I found the trash can blocking the handicapped stall. The two open stalls were reasonably clean, as was the sink area, which was a pleasant surprise, given the other factors. After using the restroom, I just left without lunch, for fear I would slip in the parking lot if I left with a cup and bag in my hands. I had to steady myself on vehicles due to the ice. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Customers shouldn't require cleats to enter the building. :(

  20 mins in the drive thru and still forgot 2 burger. On top of wasting almost 30mins on getting FAST FOOD it was disgusting. $30 down the drain. Thanks.

  I went there with my friends and I’m a nice kid ok but when we got there we went to the counter and no one was there so this nice guy on break got us are food and evreything it took about 20 minutes and also when I went there before and somone called me your alright pretty little princes and my nana was umm stay away from her so like ya and then he was trything to give me free food so we got are food and left lol!

  I went at 11 am. I purchased 4 of the grinch meals. 3 with nuggets and 1 with the Big Mac. The Big Mac was at best Luke warm and all the fries and nuggets were cold I literally started eating it at the Walmart lights. Less than a minute away. By far the worst food ever. The help was excellent and very friendly. If I am paying that amount of money for the food it should be eatable. Only reason I went was for the grinch socks. Ring a former McDonald’s worker in Kittery Maine I would be ashamed to serve this quality of food. Only ting made eatable anymore is your breakfast sandwiches. Definitely will not go out of my way to go to your restaurant again.
