I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and they served me the wrong order three times (it was only two coffees). To make matters worse, they refused to give me my refund, and the employees were extremely rude and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.

I got there about 5 minutes after and it took 15 minutes to get to the microphone then another 15 to get my food. Most of it was waiting for the window to give people the orders and waiting for them to actually answer the ordering microphone. This is not the first time I've had to wait a long time at this location but it was bad enough, I had to write a review this time.
