He is gifted, autistic, and has ADHD, and because of this, if his medication isn't taken on time or if simple things are out of routine, he unfortunately loses control and needs time to calm down. However, he goes to the same place every day, and several times his orders have been wrong, he gets home and things are missing, the prices are incorrect, or the waiting time is absurdly longer than at other Dunkin' in the area. The service is bad, even for me, who is extremely patient, so I hope you can improve in this regard.
