I ordered a sandwich and bacon on the side and it was completely burnt—so overcooked it was hard, dark, and tasted bitter. It honestly felt like no one even checked the food before serving it. It’s like no one cares anymore. For a place that’s usually quick and consistent, this was a big letdown. Quality control clearly needs improvement. I expect better, especially when I’m paying for something I couldn’t even enjoy.

The girl attempted to get a refund on my card and the register kept freezing up. Finally she got it to go through. She was very frustrated and it seemed as if she was upset with me for the mistake that she made. She practically threw my card and refund receipt at me and told me it'll be a few days before the refund went through and then let someone else ring my correct order up. Rude service. I recommend going to Honeydew down the road. Coffee is stronger ant they treat you with respect.
