- Ffinn !Nov 6, 20251.0ooooo i am so mad. i just spent the last 30 minutes on the damn phone trying to ask a simple question from a rep. the ai robot lady was very confusing and i didnt know what to press. i got connected with the wrong department, the man was not nice! i explained my struggle and he was very unhelpful. the also gave me incorrect information. i then finally figure out how to call the store. i call twice and both times the grocery department didnt pick up. i finally called bakery and asked them my question. shout out bakery. specifically robin. she was helpful
