Kept saying “67” and what they are doing after their shift and what beer they will get. Absolutely horrible. Get rid of this horrible behavior

Dunk's isn't that good as it is, but this being the only dedicated location both on campus, and the rt 108 corridor between Newmarket and Dover, I've had not many other choices along my commute in the morning... Recently, I can mobile order 15/20 mins before arrival, and not only will my food NOT be ready, but somehow it's COLD when freshly made... Last week, I waited for 25 minutes AFTER arriving just for a manager to snap at me when I checked on my order and go "THIS ORDER DOESN'T EXIST, WHOS TO SAY YOU DIDN'T PHOTOSHOP THAT SCREENSHOT TO GET FREE FOOD" and then another 10 minutes later found the slip with my order and just tossed my food at me... This morning, yet another busy full house at 7:30 am with only two people working. I ordered Sabrina's Mixed Berry Daydream, and got it as pretty much straight strawberry syrup with some water... I'm a college student, and work in the food service industry, I get there's busy peaks, short staffing, etc. But even my extreme patience has diminished. There isn't any excuse for this, as all four years of my college career, this has been NORMAL service at this location. This will fall on deaf ears for certain, but for the amount of money and hope I have wasted here, I need to bring these concerns to light.
