  100 reasons to shop at Markt Basket and Aldi: None of the sales were working in the app today - when I went to checkout I showed the lady, she told me I must’ve done something wrong because I always have an issue - her name tag “Kiara - customer service manager” I asked if as a manager they usually dealt with system errors by calling the customer the problem, her response was “well you do always have an issue” she clearly doesn’t understand the “service” part of her title. She continues to tell me I must’ve already used the promotion, mind you it is Friday morning at 9am - these sales have only been active approximately 1 hour as this campaign just started this morning - and then show her in app my last purchase was last weeks shopping… after asking to see my personal phone to verify the store and that I wasn’t double using the promotion - she took me over the service desk and gave me the items at the marked prices. There is endless reviews saying your workers are rude and leaving your store aisles empty of long term customers. There is many stores to shop at here in Dover, others will continue to leave if these issue go unresolved. I have to shop with my elderly parents when they shop here because your staff will convince them it is there fault for not being able to shop at the discounted prices - even when in most cases they’ve done all things correct. This is false advertisement and theft - when your doors close for good most in the community will say good riddance! Update: items and sales not working again - found it’s due to my not linking my working and active shaws account with an active number (I scan my wallet code for deals) Erica the floor manager told me it’s my problem I don’t use a number - they won’t work if I do not use it and she will not honor the price for me. I explained I don’t use my personal number for any accounts as it is a work line - and that is why there is a scan feature for the rewards. She told me this is a repeated issue with only me and told me I could pay the no deals price (25% more than with discounts) or leave and not get anything. I told her that I had cold items that needed to go back and to have a nice day. Aldi and Market Badkey Would Never

  Was told at the Customer Service desk that they couldn't help me because they had already closed the drawer down for the night (early). Oof.
