All the tables look like they haven’t been cleaned all day. The food took about 30-40 minutes to come out and it was not overly busy. Pretty sure the manager was there working on his laptop in the corner, walking in and out of the kitchen with food for himself. Maybe stop stuffing your face and actually manage this location? The employees preparing food were working hard, and it tasted like Panera.

All bread is made the day before now before they close? Really disappointing….. Update: a week after posting - all rewards on my account (through this email) are gone as well as my points and any promotional deal applied through the kiosk or app gives an error for me only nobody else in my family. Will add pictures of that as well.
