    I wish I could give no stars. 3 times I have ordered one iced coffee 15 minutes ahead of time on my app and had to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arriving and had to leave with no coffee or I would be late to work because this staff doesn’t know how to move. Something seriously needs to be done and i’m only leaving this in hopes that someone in management can fix the problem.

    Left after waiting 10 minutes for food. Go around the corner and 2-3 employees are smoking cigarettes outside while they have a line of people waiting

    I’m surprised this location is still open. The slowest drive thru EVER! No sense of urgency by the employees or management. This is the closest to my house but a worst case scenario at the same time. Train these people and get on them about KPI’s.

    This location drive thru is so sloooooow. It’s unacceptable to wait over ten minutes with only two cars ahead. I had to repeat my order three times over the speaker before he listened to what I was ordering. All around a poor experience, 2 stars ish all around
