  I hope the GM or owner of this franchise can see this. Please for sake of all Dover residents and visitors, give me a month at this location and I’ll have them managing time so much better! The amount of revenue / Profit that is lost at this place is astronomical. Staff are usually pretty friendly the customer service from my experience has not been bad. 45 min in line is WILD! This is a everyday issue along with supply orders not being made in timely manner as well. I feel with the right guidance and training this location could really thrive and pick up a lot more customers.

  Let me start by saying this is the best Dunkin in the city of Dover. You cannot find a better group of people to start your morning. Kimberly, she is an absolute ray of sunshine. She is so welcoming and happy every single morning. I don't think she knows how to frown 🤔. It was very busy one weekend day, the crew working to get orders out, and she was making sandwiches. With all that going on, she shouts to the crew " everyone's doing a great job". That was wonderful to hear and more importantly, wonderful for the crew to hear. She is a gem! Next, a shout out to Ethan! I'm probably the only decaf drinker in Dover 😔 and as soon I walk through the door he's checking to make sure the decaf is fresh. He has perfected my coffee and I so appreciate that. Thank you Ethan 🙂. And lastly, this shout out goes to Chris! So welcoming and patient when I'm ordering ( he also checks the decaf😉). He definitely gets a star for exceptional customer service! With all that said, all the morning crew members are great, they all work so well together, and they deserve the recognition. Thank you for a great experience every morning.

  I wish I could give no stars. 3 times I have ordered one iced coffee 15 minutes ahead of time on my app and had to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arriving and had to leave with no coffee or I would be late to work because this staff doesn’t know how to move. Something seriously needs to be done and i’m only leaving this in hopes that someone in management can fix the problem.

  Left after waiting 10 minutes for food. Go around the corner and 2-3 employees are smoking cigarettes outside while they have a line of people waiting
