Called and just asked to refund before they make it, and I’m told can’t refund anything until Thursday when there is a manager. Then the shift lead proceeded to laugh at the situation. WILL NEVER BE GIVING THIS DUNKS MY BUSINESS. Customer service makes or breaks a lot of things, maybe so better training is needed.
