    Generally a worn atmosphere. We placed our order at 3:10 when it was by no means busy and it took 35 mins to prep two soups and salads. Ridiculous given the prices they now charge. $36 after a $5 reward.

    I visit the Derry location at least once a week and I order a toasted bagel with cream cheese and butter , I don’t know why the little butter packets are always frozen and I can’t spread it on my bagel , it’s very frustrating , please store your butter in a more temp controlled refrigerator area

    Service was very very slow, and the people working there were bad mouthing the customers. Not sure they realized that their voices carry into the dining area from their work stations.
