I ordered a colada as one would on a 95° day and they handed me a white beverage with ice cubes in it (essentially like I got an iced drink). I nicely asked if it was a colada because it had ice in it as coladas (are a frozen beverage), and he rolled his eyes, walked away, blended it for about two seconds, and then the other person who returned the drink, couldn’t have been more rude. He aggressively handed it to me. I said thank you, he scarfed at me and I’m just disappointed in this Dunkin. I go there constantly cause it’s right near my work and it’s just upsetting to see that.
