  Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a food establishment. At 1:52 am. After leaving one of the local clubs (we had a designated driver) we decided to stop by and get some food. The man working the drive thru was so so rude, we ordered two meals and he verbally went "really?" AND "oh my god" in a very rude tone. It's YOUR job to take MY order, if you dont want to be working at 2am, pick a different shift. Don't be rude to me because you have to do your job. And then he had the gull to be like "it was a joke" It wasn't. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's.

  I used to really enjoy going to this McDonald’s location within the city instead of the one that’s closer to where I live however, due to the interaction I had with the cashier this evening. I tried to give the woman a compliment because I could hear the stress in her voice while speaking with customers ahead of me, especially one that was taking quite a while so instead of saying, thank you or acknowledging my compliment at all, which was that I really appreciated all their hard work and I enjoyed all the staff very much. The only thing she said was have a good night. I can understand having a stressful night however, your employees need to realize that they cannot take out their frustrations on the customers, especially one that is trying to give you a compliment. I unfortunately will no longer be going to this location due to the customer service. I experienced this evening. It’s really too bad that the service has gone downhill so drastically. I don’t recommend this location. I recommend the Loudon Road location.

  This is a very sad mcdonald's. You have teenagers working who swear like sailors and then they have their friends hanging out in the lobby swearing like sailors in front of my one year old son. This mcdonald's needs workers who will not swear like sailors on the clock. With that being said I will not be returning. Good luck, Signed by one aggravated mama bear.

  Did not like the bait and switch that happened to me at the drive thru. I showed up 5 minutes before the end of breakfast and order a Mcgriddle meal. drove up to the window. 2 people were there, which I found odd . I paid and after I paid I was conviently told they were out of mcgriddle for about 5 minutes ago and then that person disappeared. I then I asked for my money back. The cashier went back to ask and when they returned they told me there was no refunds. Instead I had to "take" a biscuit sandwich which is a hell of alot cheaper then the Mcgriddle. I don't go to McDonald's barely ever, so now I won't go again. I will go to Burger King down the road . French toast sticks are just as good if not better.
