This led to one employee breaking down and crying at their workstation after having their name repeatedly called out, pressured for “not cooking fast enough” and comments such as “do you think the customers are happy because of how long you’re taking to make that hotdog” and “are you seriously crying now?”. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness and not the kind of environment anyone should have to work in. This individual should not be in a position of leadership. No one deserves to be treated that way at work and I will not support a business that condones this behavior. I frequented this location often and know many of the red apron workers there. They are all friendly, hard working and deserving of better leadership *After reviewing the negative reviews, it looks like this manager has been named many times over the past 6+ months for treating employees unfairly. Absolutely insane

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
