I arrived at 7 pm and according to Tyce in the deli department, the fish department person had gone home sick, so the department was closed. When I told him we had called earlier, he told me to wait a minute until he finished waiting on someone, then he took the time to go out back, find the steamers, weigh them out, confirm the price that we had been told, and he got it done. Great job Tyce! In our mind, there is no question that not everyone would have handled it that way!

You would think if they did not have ground turkey with the fat content requested that they would substitute for the closest one they had. Do I really need to add every single possible fat content as an acceptable substitute? Now, instead I can't make dinner tonight. Things also have a habit of being texted as out of stock all at the end so you don't get a chance to substitute in time. I'm not sure if that is a shopper issue or an app issue but now I can't make dinner tomorrow night either. I just spent 390 dollars on groceries and half of it isn't any good to me until I go to the store for missing ingredients. If people could hand hold shoppers for the entire order they would just be at the store themselves.
