Made an online order at 12:20 and was given the option of ASAP or 12:50 or later. We decided on 12:50 and when the order was placed they estimated it would be 12:52. Ok, no problem. When we showed up at 12:50, it was still showing as "Received" but was not even being made. We waited for 15 minutes before seeing that it was being made. Finally at 1:12pm, we received our order, a full 20 past the pickup time and almost a full hour after ordering. On the plus side, it was fresh and well made. I don't mind paying the inflated prices because it's like that everywhere you go. With that said, the layout of this Panera is terrible. While waiting for food, you were directly in the way of people trying to order at the front desk, and the pickup area is so narrow that everyone was rubbing elbows trying to get out of the pickup area with their order. Staff seemed attentive and busy and the place was fairly clean. I would return just because the food was good, but would hope that next time the order is on time.
