  It's dunkin donuts. It's rare to find a good one or one that uses fresh coffee for customers. The hashbrowns were half cooked, All 3 orders. All the sandwiches were like warm so the cheese didn't even melt. And the coffee, if you can call it that, was definitely not a fresh pot and out of 4 coffee's that were ordered, they managed to screw up all for coffee's. Regular cream and sugar you would imagine is a common thing so their would be more practice, but that's not the case when your coffee is the color of dark milk and had a half sugar at most. Safe to say that dunkins needs to have employees at least pass some sort of "coffee test" and "food heating" tests or microwave button and toaster tests. It's dunkin donuts though. They aren't what they used to be so I always try to find a better alternative, but when you're traveling, it's not so easy and a toss up and 85% chance the dunkins you choose is going to be a bad experience. You can buy a $25-$35 coffee mugs though. They don't last that long, but they have them.

  I've worked near this store for four years now, and the area is being commercially built up more and more each year. The team at this location is constantly up against it with the increasing foot traffic coming through the area. They have grit, and despite the heavy times they face, are always kind. It seems as though their manager could schedule them some help for the busy times because sometimes, they are so few and us customers are so many, I can see many customers get antsy and discouraged at how long it can take to be served. But that doesn't go against the team that's there, as they don't stop hustling while providing excellent customer service without complaint. I'm impressed by this team and this is for you all who are grinding (no pun intended) it out back there making sure we are provided with the caffeine we so badly need! Thank you!!!

  Not one person knows how to make a coffee and gave us attitude when asked to remake. Will be avoiding this place in the future

  absolutely appalling!! came here 12/15 waited 15 minutes at the speaker she finally came over and was sighing and scoffing at me my whole order i understand we all have bad days but this is your job that you chose so be kind and a better person i won’t be returning to this dunkin and will definitely spread the word i can see why they have a 2.9 star review

  this specific dunkin donuts actually sucks, don't recommend ordering here at all. they're slow and mess up food quite often.
